We worked with Chris Dahlmus of Design Associates Inc to bring a mid 19th century Edgartown house into compliance with today’s building codes while maintaining the design integrity of the era. Exterior and interior trim reflect the finish of the original house. The modern kitchen, new staircase, additional bedrooms and detached apartment enhanced the home’s capacity for entertaining family and guests.
